1. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process, meticulously inspect, and prepare your order for shipment. This includes quality checks and secure packaging.

Limited Editions & Custom Framing: Limited edition pieces or orders including custom framing may require additional processing time. Any such extended processing time will be clearly indicated on the respective product page or communicated to you after your order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email once your order has shipped.

6. International Shipping – Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We take exceptional care in packaging your Artwork to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Each piece is protected using high-quality, durable materials, including appropriate cushioning, sturdy boxing, and, where necessary, specialized art crating, tailored to the specific requirements of the Artwork.
9. Shipping Insurance
All shipments from Nyriz.com are insured against loss or damage during transit up to the full value of the Artwork. In the unfortunate event that your Artwork arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions or contact us immediately at support@nyriz.com.
10. Incorrect Shipping Address / Undeliverable Packages

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if the package is refused or unclaimed, you may be responsible for any return shipping fees and the cost of re-shipping the order. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
11. Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address for an order you have placed, please contact us immediately at support@nyriz.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order is with the carrier, we cannot guarantee address changes.
12. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please: 1. Check around your delivery location and with any household members or neighbors. 2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue and initiate a trace. Please also notify us at support@nyriz.com, and we will assist in any way we can, including liaising with the carrier. While Nyriz.com is not responsible for confirmed delivered packages that are subsequently lost or stolen, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the situation.
