Return & Refund Policy

At Nyriz.com, we are passionate about the AI-assisted nature art we create and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. This policy outlines the conditions and process for returns and refunds.

 

 

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe for Returns: You may request to return eligible Artwork within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition of Artwork: To be eligible for a return, the Artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition, free from any signs of wear, alteration, or use. It must be returned in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) along with all accompanying materials, such as certificates of authenticity.

  • Eligible Items: Most Artwork is eligible for return. However, the following items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

    • Custom-commissioned Artwork.

    • Artwork marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

    • Gift Cards.

  • Reason for Return: We accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, if the Artwork does not meet your expectations (provided it is in original condition), or if it was damaged in transit or incorrect.

2. How to Initiate a Return

 

  • Contact Us First: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@nyriz.com within the 14-day eligibility period.

  • Provide Information: In your email, please include your order number, the title of the Artwork you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return. If the Artwork arrived damaged, please attach clear photographs of the damage to both the Artwork and the packaging.

  • Return Authorization: Our team will review your request. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your return. Do not send items back without an RMA number.

 

 

3. Return Shipping

 

  • Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs:

    • ​Change of mind or unmet expectations: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and safe return.

    • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Nyriz.com covers reasonable return shipping costs. A prepaid label or courier pickup may be provided.

  • Recommended Shipping Method: Use a trackable and insured shipping method. Nyriz.com is not responsible for loss/damage unless using our provided label.

  • Packaging: Use original or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during return transit.

 

 

4. Inspection and Processing

 

Once we receive the returned Artwork, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria (original condition, original packaging, etc.). This inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt.
We will notify you via email once your return has been received and inspected.

 

 

5. Refunds

 

  • Refund Method: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Refund Amount:

    • For eligible returns meeting all conditions, you will receive a full refund for the price of the Artwork.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped).

    • We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

  • Timing of Refund: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed by us. This timeframe can vary depending on your card issuer or bank.

 

 

6. Exchanges

 

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an Artwork for a different piece, we recommend following the return process for the original item and placing a new order for the desired Artwork.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

  • Reporting Damage/Errors: If your Artwork arrives damaged, defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us at support@nyriz.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Required Documentation: To expedite the process, please provide:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photographs of

      • The damaged area(s) of the Artwork.

      • The exterior packaging (including the shipping label), showing any signs of mishandling.

      • The incorrect item received (if applicable).

  • Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. This may involve sending a replacement (if available), offering a full refund (including original and return shipping costs, if applicable), or arranging for repair if appropriate and agreed upon. We will guide you on whether to return the damaged/incorrect item.

 

 

8. Cancellations

 

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately at support@nyriz.com with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, it will be subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
